My experience at Laundrylux has been positive overall. I value the emphasis on collaboration and the supportive atmosphere. There’s a clear commitment to open communication and continuous improvement, which has helped me feel engaged and aligned with team goals. While every workplace has room to grow, I’ve found the environment here to be encouraging and positive.
Q. How would you describe your team?
My team is dynamic, confident, collaborative, and genuinely supportive. I feel fortunate to be part of a group that consistently has my back—one I can laugh with and truly enjoy being around.
Q. What does a typical day in your role look like?
Everything eventually comes through my department, so we work closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders who rely on us for support and collaboration to keep the company moving forward. No two days at Laundrylux are the same—our work is fast-paced, dynamic, and never boring.
Q. Which aspects of our mission resonate with you the most?
What resonates most with me is the opportunity to help investors and owners achieve their financial goals. We’re not just selling equipment—we’re empowering small business owners and supporting their long-term success.
What are some of your biggest accomplishments with the team?
Over the past two years, my department has navigated several significant changes, and I’m most proud of how we’ve done it—by working together as a cohesive team, showing mutual respect, and staying committed to getting the job done.
What are your favorite benefits, and why?
I really value the group events and outings. They provide a great opportunity to connect with colleagues from other departments—people we may not interact with often in our daily work.
What is one fun fact about you that most people don’t know?
I grew up around horses and learned how to ride when I was seven years old.
