Q. How would you describe your team?
My team is incredibly smart, driven, and resourceful. Everyone brings a level of expertise and a unique perspective, which creates a balance of strategic thinking and practical execution. We communicate openly, support one another, and tackle challenges head-on, which makes even complex projects feel manageable. We’re very much a “learn-by-doing” team. That kind of environment keeps me sharp, engaged, and always evolving.
Q. What does a typical day in your role look like?
No two days are exactly the same, which makes things exciting. My work involves onboarding investors, continuously managing those relationships, searching for and analyzing locations, and keeping multiple projects moving forward at once. A big part of my day is spent problem-solving, strategizing next steps, and ensuring our investors have the information and support they need for their projects.
Q. What are some of your biggest accomplishments with the team?
I’m proud of my role in LRE. I get to present our real estate services to our investors as a partner in their laundromat search, and I do so without being pushy, allowing the relationships to bloom naturally. Seeing our projects come full circle, from onboarding to initial site discussions to lease signing, is always a great accomplishment. I also take great pride in seeing our investors select a location that I personally sourced and analyzed.
Q. How have you grown professionally since joining the team?
Since joining the team, I’ve grown tremendously. I’ve gained a deeper understanding of the industry, refined my approach to partnership development, and learned how to navigate complex projects with confidence. This role has challenged me and continues to push me to grow.
Q. If you could switch jobs with anyone at LaundryLux, what role would you take on?
Honestly, I wouldn’t switch jobs. I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be. I genuinely enjoy the work I do and the impact I get to make every day. It’s rewarding, challenging, and fulfilling.
