Q. What has your experience been with our company culture?
I felt very welcomed and accepted as part of a larger team. It’s exciting to be part of this big family.
Q. What is your team like?
I could not ask for a better team; whatever I need from them they will make sure I have. My teammates are respectful, compassionate, and kind human beings. They make it easy for me to get my work done quickly and efficiently.
Q. What is the day-to-day of your role like?
My primary role is Sales Administrator. In this role, I handle equipment logistics, and customer relations, participate in accounts receivable and daily operational duties.
Q. What parts of our mission do you connect with?
I’m thrilled to be part of a company that promotes entrepreneurship for individuals and families looking for a better life in owning their own businesses.
Q. What have been your biggest accomplishments on our team?
I feel so gratified after an equipment delivery, big or small! Seeing our customers happy with their new equipment is the best reward. My biggest accomplishment is knowing our customers are thrilled to see their dreams and expectations come true with the help of our team.
Q. What kinds of resources have you taken advantage of while on our team?
One resource that I am involved in and grateful for is to be part of the Woman’s Initiative Group. The women involved are creative and inspiring and always looking for new ways to bring light to the women in the laundry industry which is not an easy task as this industry has always been a male-dominated one.
Q. Which employee-sponsored events and training programs are your favorite?
I enjoy the extracurricular activities that Laundylux offers like the Horse Racing Game, Dinner Cruise, and the Holiday Party! Laundrylux is also willing to provide instructional computer training to expand your skill set. All these things allow employees to become more knowledgeable and marketable in the workforce. I feel our company is there to help promote a better you.
Q. How have you grown professionally while on our team?
Professionally I’ve learned several new computer programs. I’ve learned more about coin laundry and card readers. Human Resources has done a great job in educating the employees with all the up-to-date information regarding employment policies. I look forward to what else I can learn in the future with Laundrylux.
Q. What is your perfect vacation day?
My perfect vacation day would be leaving my phone and computer at home and heading out to Tobay Beach!
