A message from Neal Milch, CEO of Laundrylux:

We have personally witnessed the devastation in the Northeast and mid-Atlantic states and our hearts go out to the millions of people affected by Hurricane Sandy.  Our families have been affected too, so we understand personally what our customers are going through. Laundrylux is fortunate to be up and conducting business – but thousands of businesses are not so fortunate and we know many laundries have suffered damage.

We are reaching out to our distributors and customers to make it as affordable as possible for self-service laundry owners (as well as business owners such as hotels, nursing homes, etc.) to get the equipment they need right away. With conditions very difficult for people living in areas without power and with sanitation & disease prevention an urgent public health priority, we have a role to play in rebuilding this infrastructure. Laundries that are able to serve affected populations will be running at maximum capacity and as power is restored elsewhere, laundries may need to replace equipment destroyed by salt water. We have inventory stockpiled for immediate shipment as needed.

To help get customers’ businesses back up and running quickly, our Disaster Recovery Program includes deferred payments and waived fees when financing Electrolux and Wascomat equipment. If you have an existing laundry in Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia, or West Virginia that was affected by Hurricane Sandy, please call (800) 645-2205 to learn more. Our special Disaster Recovery Program begins immediately.

Very truly yours,
Neal Milch
